Benetti M/Y Kasper 7: A Floating Home of Elegance and Innovation!

Benetti’s latest masterpiece, the 67-meter custom mega yacht M/Y Kasper 7, is the epitome of refined design and seamless integration with the sea. Commissioned by an owner couple who envisioned their dream home on the water, the yacht was brought to life through the collaborative expertise of Cassetta Yacht Designers for the exterior concept and the unique vision of Nisrine Karagulla, the owner herself, an experienced interior designer, who owns Ask Deco, an interior design and architecture firm based in Beirut, Lebanon.

The project is the result of an intricate partnership between the owners, Benetti and Giorgio Maria Cassetta. With a deep understanding of both design and functionality, the owners played an active role in crafting a yacht that not only stands out aesthetically but also offers practical innovations for luxurious life at sea.

M/Y Kasper 7 features a fully custom interior, where every detail, from the choice of materials to the spatial arrangement, was personally curated by the owner. Inspired by her background in luxury real estate and yacht refits, Nisrine Karagulla ensured that behind the traditional exterior lines, the yacht incorporates modern solutions designed for comfort and practicality. Superyacht M/Y Kasper 7 has been named winner of the 2025 Design and Innovation Awards in the categories Best Interior Design

Unlike other yachts of similar size, M/Y Kasper 7 has only five cabins, prioritizing open, airy spaces and an intimate ambiance. Spanning six decks, the yacht offers an expansive owner’s suite on the Upper Deck, with breathtaking sea views and a private retreat-like atmosphere.

The Main Deck lounge is designed to amaze, with a beam of over ten meters and floor-to-ceiling glazing that floods the space with natural light. A defining feature of the yacht’s exterior is its four circular windows, each nearly two meters in diameter, creating a seamless visual connection between the interior and the surrounding seascape.

The interior materials reflect a sophisticated yet warm aesthetic. The primary wood used is Perpero, adorning the walls in soft pink and white shades, while white oak flooring and an uncluttered white ceiling enhance the feeling of openness. Minimalist, nearly invisible light fixtures mimic the glow of natural light, while pastel-colored outdoor furniture blends effortlessly with the sea’s hues.

Art and decorative elements add personality to the yacht. Carefully curated pastel-hued artworks, custom furnishings, and vintage collectibles—such as the dining chairs on the Main Deck—bring a personal touch to every corner of the yacht.

For the owners, social interaction is a priority, reflected in unique design choices: there is only one television on board and no swimming pool, an intentional decision to encourage connection with guests and the surrounding nature.

M/Y Kasper 7 champions sustainability, using FSC®-certified teak for the decks, doors, and furniture, ensuring that all wood materials come from responsibly managed forests. The yacht has also earned a 3-star certification from the Sea Index®, an initiative by the Yacht Club de Monaco to evaluate CO2 emissions in yachts over 25 meters.

Powered by two 1,350 kW CATERPILLAR engines, M/Y Kasper 7 reaches a top speed of 16 knots and boasts a range of 5,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots. The yacht accommodates 10 guests in five luxurious cabins, with 11 crew cabins for up to 19 crew members.

With its seamless blend of elegance, sustainability, and comfort, M/Y Kasper 7 is more than just a yacht—it is a floating sanctuary, where passion for the sea and design come together in perfect harmony.
