Circular Waves is a non-profit organization (NPO), founded in the Principality of Monaco to help save the oceans.
In collaboration with designer J. David Weiss, they created this 262.5-foot (79-meter) hybrid catamaran that is a floating research platform that aims to find sustainable solutions to the ocean's trash problem.
It has a 360-degree waste collection system between the hulls to collect plastics, fishing nets and brown algae, which are then processed on board and converted into biofuel in its laboratory to power the yacht's electrical and hydrogen systems. With AI they transfer the data they collect into realistic simulations.
