Revolution Marine Group, in collaboration with Silent Escapes, has introduced a revolutionary boat financing model, the Credit Linked Note (CLN), through the Swiss company GenTwo. This innovative financing method aims to bring the future of yachting closer, combining sustainability with luxury and high returns for investors.

Silent Escapes, the company behind the world’s first 100% solar-powered resort in the Bahamas, is using CLN to finance the purchase of two revolutionary Revolution S60 catamarans, boats that incorporate solar and electric technology for an unparalleled, silent, and non-polluting cruising experience.
These vessels are set to be delivered to the Bahamas in the summer of 2025 and 2026, providing new luxury cruising experiences for the resort's guests.
The CLN model allows investors to participate in a safe and flexible way, combining the simplicity of crowdfunding with the security of a regulated financial instrument. Investors will benefit from high returns (14.25% annual return for a two-year term) and exclusive perks, such as free cruises and flexible investment terms in Silent Escapes properties.

This partnership sets a new standard for sustainability in the yachting sector, combining ecological luxury with investment in sustainability, offering clients the opportunity to engage in a movement that combines high quality of life with environmental protection.
